Tax Administration may not issue a clearance certificate for the incorporated body which concluded contracts, agreements or transactions with another incorporated body unless the data set forth in the Executive Rules and Regulations is submitted.

Ministerial Decision No. 29 of 2008 issues the Executive Bylaws governing tax administration and compliance for incorporated bodies. This Decision, covering Articles 1 to 48, establishes specific procedural requirements. As outlined in its provisions, the Tax Administration is prohibited from issuing a tax clearance certificate to an incorporated body unless it submits all required data. Furthermore, supervisory authorities are barred from certifying annual financial statements for entities such as funds and investment companies until all tax dues are fully settled, ensuring a direct link between regulatory approval and tax compliance obligations.
